Credit cards may not be used when paying your bill in person at the City Government Office on Boardman, our Hastings Street office or by mail.
Auto-Pay. This free, convenient service eliminates paying for postage and ensures that your bill is always paid on time. Contact us to receive an Auto Debit Enrollment Form to sign-up for automatic bill payment.
Pay by Mail. Allow 3 days for delivery using a first class stamp to ensure we receive and credit your account.
Pay in Person. You may pay your bill at the Governmental Center (400 Boardman Ave.) during regular business hours: M – F 8 a.m . – 5 p.m., excluding Federal Holidays, or use the drop-off box in front of the facility.

Credit Card Payments – Using the Internet
Credit card payments are now available through Certified Payments.net by using the Internet. You will be prompted to enter a Zip Code. You will be asked to pay a convenience fee based upon the amount of your payment. If you agree to pay the convenience fee, you will be given a confirmation number which you should keep for your records.
The convenience fee is 4%, with a $1 minimum. Your payment will be posted on the next business day.
