NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON CANCELLATION OF GREEN RATES

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held in the Commission Chambers, second floor of the Governmental Center, 400 Boardman Avenue, Traverse City, Michigan 49684, (231)932-4543, at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, 2009, on the cancellation of all Green Rates and that those affected customers be returned to the rate that would otherwise apply.

At this time a hearing will be granted to any person interested. This action does NOT cause a rate increase for any class of customer.
