The purpose of our Customer Surveys is to obtain the views and opinions of Traverse City Light & Power (TCLP) customers on their satisfaction levels regarding characteristics and services offered by TCLP. Additionally, survey items addressed customer service, sources of information, interest in additional services, web-based information, and solar power, as well as awareness and participation in energy efficiency programs.
