**POSSIBLE GATHERING OF THE TRAVERSE CITY LIGHT AND POWER BOARD**
**Because members of the Traverse City Light & Power Board have been invited to attend a virtual press conference announcing the awarding of funds from the USDA for the On-Bill Finance Program, a quorum might be present which may constitute a meeting under the Open Meetings Act.
