Why TCLPfiber?

Installation Update — December 2025

TCLPfiber construction continues to make steady progress across Traverse City. Major construction remains projected to be substantially complete by summer 2026. While we made progress toward an earlier stretch goal of fall 2025, the full buildout will extend into 2026, which is not uncommon for infrastructure projects of this scale.

Fiber service availability will occur progressively, neighborhood by neighborhood, as areas are fully constructed, tested, and ready to be energized. Customers will see subscription information as soon as their area is ready. While only a small number of neighborhoods are currently subscription-ready, projections indicate that more areas will become available this spring.
