Rules and Regulations

TCLP has a new Rules and Regulations Policy that sets the terms on how customers obtain, use, and are billed for electric service. The new Rules and Regulations Policy incorporates and/or replaces fourteen individual policies into one policy and location. The new policy takes effect January 1, 2025.
