Commercial Demand Eco Steady

Open to any customer seeking secondary voltage service where the billing demand is 5 kW or more. This rate is not available for street lighting or for resale purposes.

The billing demand shall be the peak kilowatts (kW) supplied during the month but not less than the 5 kW.

As of December 2025, customers will be transitioned to this rate, Phase-In. If you would like to sign up for the Non-Phased-In rate, contact a customer service representative at customerservice@tclp.org or call 231-922-4940.

Demand Charge: $13.28 per kW
