Primary Service/High-Load Factor Eco Champion

Open to any customer seeking primary voltage service for general use where the billing demand is 100 kW or more. This rate is not available for street lighting service or for resale purposes.

The demand charge shall be the maximum kW used during the billing month.

How are Seasonal Rates Applied?

Seasonal electric rates are based on your billing cycle start date, not the calendar month.

If your meter is read before the seasonal change, your entire bill uses the previous season’s rate—even if part of the billing period falls into the new season.
