Primary Service/High-Load Factor Eco Steady

Open to any customer seeking primary voltage service for general use where the billing demand is 100 kW or more. This rate is not available for street lighting service or for resale purposes.

The demand charge shall be the maximum kW used during the billing month.

As of December 2025, customers will be transitioned to this rate, Phase-In. If you would like to sign up for the Non-Phased-In rate, contact a customer service representative at customerservice@tclp.org or call 231-922-4940.

$300 per month (plus kilowatt-hour rates below)
Demand Charge: $12.58 per kW
