TCLP Announces Grand Opening of Second Customer Service Center to Enhance Community Support

TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. ― Traverse City Light & Power (TCLP) is thrilled to announce the grand opening of a second Customer Service Center at 130 Hall Street in downtown Traverse City.

This expansion underscores the utility’s dedication to enhancing the customer experience and providing greater accessibility to its valued community members. The new location will provide customers with a second point of contact for any inquiries or concerns.

A grand opening event was held today and featured formal remarks, a ribbon cutting, lunch, information on TCLPfiber and the My Clean Choice programs, and a TCLP customer drawing for a Ring floodlight and a $100 downtown gift certificate.

“As we continue to enhance our services, we’re excited to open our new customer service center on Hall Street,” said TCLP Executive Director Brandie Ekren. “This new location underscores our ongoing commitment to making it easier for our customers to connect with us and access the reliable service they expect. We look forward to strengthening our relationships with the community and delivering an even better experience for all.”

The new location is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Customers can also continue to visit the 1131 Hastings Street location during the same hours or reach customer service representatives at 231-922-4940 or customerservice@tclp.org.
